Ingredients
  

  • 100 g Spinach
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • Almond flakes toasted
  • Salt (to taste)

Method
 

  1. In a blender, combine spinach, flour, egg, milk, and salt. Blend until you achieve a smooth batter.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Pour in a ladleful of batter, swirling the pan to spread it thinly.
  3. Cook the crepe until the edges lift easily, then flip and cook the other side.
  4. Once cooked, transfer to a plate and repeat with the remaining batter.
  5. Fill each crepe with additional cooked spinach or a filling of your choice, folding them neatly.
  6. Garnish with almond flakes and serve warm.
