  • 500 g Beef
  • 2 Sweet Potatoes
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil

Method
 

  1. Begin by mixing the beef with seasonings of your choice, forming them into small, even-sized meatballs.
  2. Place the meatballs on a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven until they're browned and cooked through.
  3. While the meatballs are baking, peel and chop the sweet potatoes. Boil them in a pot of water until tender.
  4. Once cooked, drain the water and mash the sweet potatoes with a touch of butter or cream, seasoning with salt and pepper.
