Ingredients
  

  • 200 g Shrimp
  • 200 g Pasta
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 Lemon
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Cook the pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until they turn pink on both sides. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the shrimp and toss to combine.
  4. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, mixing well to ensure the flavors meld together.
  5. Season with salt, pepper, and additional lemon zest if desired. Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs or grated parmesan.
